    Job Description

    Only Relevant experience and Nationality. Other are not eligble for this position.

    1st Preference : Syrian, Jordanian, Lebanese female candidates with 5 - 7 years experience

    2nd Preference : Syrian , Jordanian, Lebanese male candidates with 5 - 7 years experience.

    To manage CRM activities, performance and staff in order to respond to opportunities in the market by encompassing strategy, CRM operations, collaboration and sensing
    Develop CRM strategy
    Planning and implementation of CRM activities.
    Coordination of collaborative CRM activities with other high level Managers
    Managing the database and marketing service providers
    Analyzing ROI on CRM activities and customer value growth
    Analyzing customer satisfaction, retention & loyalty
    Understanding sales processes involved in winning business
    Plan for change management. As CRM always involves change, design incentives for people to change the way they perform their jobs
    Motivate- sell the benefits of CRM to management and users
    Setting processes and performance framework for business transformation for a CRM implementation i.e. business and process analysis and then designing the CRM application so it meets the business requirements of the organization.
    Analyzing problems, errors and information access (who will have access to what)
    Training all users
    Minimizing duplications and data quality. Enforcing data entry standards
    Measuring users, customer information, marketing campaign and system effectiveness
    Building and maintaining relationships in house and with relative CRM vendors (call centre, advertising agency, IT providers etc.)
    Follow up from A-Z the CRM concerns and queries from the OCMS
    Preparing and sending Sales & Service Data to BMWME & CRM
    Collection and compilation of demographic data
    Manage database, event invitations
    Coordinate with vendors and agencies to plan, prepare and execute events and their tearing down.

    Skills

    Shouls Have automobile or relevant CRM, Call center experience
    Should speaj fluent engilsh and Arabic - Arabic is must

    Graduate - preference 1, Graduates + PG - Preference 2
