Job Description

The Gulf Recruitment Group (GRG) are recruiting for an Audit Partner (ambitious Audit Director) to join an established Management Consultancy. The MENA Head Office is based in Dubai. The business has recently gone through a senior management restructure with a rejuvenated approach towards growth and development.

This is an exciting time to join. Established for over 30 years in the region the main business focus is assurance and business advisory. The client base is mostly SME which lends well to the UAE growth plans. The firm has clients across a multitude of sector (Construction, Transportation, Leisure, Insurance, Banking etc..)

Due to the recent senior management restructure and exponential growth (Headcount and Revenue) a new Partner is required to lead an already established and tenured team with a focus on Business Development.

Skills

You will work on an established client base but also be accountable for the firm hitting their 2015 sales targets. In return Equity and an attractive package is on offer. Since 2007 Headcount and Revenues have doubled and the target for 2015 is another 100% increase.

You will be a Qualified Accountant with strong experience within a challenging Consulting environment. You will have team gravitas and a proven business development background. You will possess excellent communication skills, be calm under pressure and lead from the front.

Remuneration - 50,000 to 70,000 AED, excellent package, Equity option
