Job Description
To design, develop and implement sound training strategies to support the successful implementation of Al Mulla’s automotive strategies; implement training policies & practices to develop & retain quality employees and promote a climate of learning and development in vehicle sales and parts departments.
Lead development of a training and career development strategy that aligns needs of employees with the needs of Al Mulla Automotive Division.
Develop appropriate training solutions and plans that are relevant to Mitsubishi Motor Corporation (MMC) and cater to the immediate and long term requirements of Al Mulla’s Automotive Departments.
Direct and supervise the provision of induction training for new entrants to Al Mulla to ensure they understand the organization structure, strategy and objectives and appreciate the work culture and values
Assess training needs and skill requirements for employees in conjunction with department heads through meetings, appraisal analysis etc
Develop and implement learning style matrix to ensure that employees are imparted training through the most appropriate mode based on preferred learning modes of individuals
Prioritize training requirements based on training needs assessment and prepare training schedule for employees in discussions with Department heads
Design and deliver internal training programs in conjunction with various departments to achieve required objectives
Monitor training effectiveness by collating post training feedback from the participants to evaluate the training delivery and make suitable improvements in the quality of training
Evaluate performance of participants during and after the training to make recommendations on placement for optimum use of skills and competencies
Assist colleagues and foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration
Contribute to the department’s development by providing timely suggestions and feedback.
Skills
B.Sc. in Automobile Engineering Or Masters in Business Administration with 5 years of experience in Training and Development, preferably in Sales Training
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
Familiarity with various training methodologies (specifically e-learning and performance-based training), computer skills and managerial skills.
