We are looking for candidates who are young and energetic people who enjoy working in a fast paced environment. You will need to have a passion for Food,  customer service and be able to work under pressure.


The Role:


Responsible for meeting customer needs & for ensuring company standards within the restaurant are met. Ensure the set up, cleanup, maintenance & operation of the bar.

Skills

Key Responsibilities:


* The bartender ensures the bar area, tables & chairs are clean & laid out as per Company guidelines.
* The bartender ensures front of house hygiene & ambience is as per Company guidelines, and that the back bar is fully stocked and well equipped for high traffic flow.
* The bartender takes drink orders from patrons or waiting staff & prepare & serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
* To meet & greet customers, offers drink menus, take orders correctly & prepare the drinks to brand standards.
* The bartender ensures every customer leaves the Bar/Restaurant happy, ensures drinks are served in the correct order, to the correct standards of presentation, hygiene & temperature.
