    BASE24 Support Specialist

    Skills

    • 3-7 years of experience (preferably Support) in working with TANDEM on BASE 24 system & cards & payments systems in general with some knowledge on ATM & POS systems and exposure to security levels
    • Knowledge on Base24-mainframe connectivity
    • Base24 User management
    • Troubleshooting related to ATM/IDM
    • Incident & request management knowledge
    • Knowledge on Environment build
    • Transaction flow knowledge
    • TSS database knowledge
    • Code deployment hands-on
    • Pathway configuration
