Job Description

• All Engineering Works including and not limited to Installations, Commissioning, Service and Maintenance, training, Technical presentations etc. of healthcare/medical, clinical equipment and Scientific/Research equipment
• Contact potential clients with relevant Sales team to assess their individual needs and demonstrate how Company's products can meet or exceed these needs and Participating in growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans
• Flexibility to work long and unpredictable hours to match maintenance schedule and requirements of the client
• Liaising with technicians and manufacturers to ensure the feasibility of a product in terms of design and economic viability
• Assessing the potential wider market for products or modifications suggested by health professionals or others
• Arranging clinical trials of medical and Scientific/Research products
• Preparing reports, presentations and attending conferences/exhibitions to present the latest equipment, product to a range of technical and non-technical audiences
• Meeting with senior health service staff or other managers to follow up the performance of ELM supplied products
• Dealing with technical queries from all the clients from above mentioned product range and giving advice on new equipment
• Keep abreast with the latest national and international medical developments in the respective field
• Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of ELM supplied products
• Keep documentation and records of service histories and schedule maintenance on ELM supplied products
• Conduct training or in-services to educate clinicians and other personnel on proper use of equipment
• Write Service & Maintenance manual comprising of protocols, policies, standards for use, maintenance, and repair of ELM supplied products
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment according to the client's requirement and schedule
• Manage team of technicians by creating schedules, tracking inventory, creating and using budgets, and overseeing contract obligations and deadlines

Skills

• Qualification: Graduate in Biomedical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• Experience in installation /servicing / maintenance of various laboratory / medical equipment.
• Liaise with client for various needs, coordinate with sales team etc

Education

Engineering Graduate in Biomedical/Electrical/Instrumentation engg
