Job Description
BMS and control field in Building Construction.
Skills
Knowledge of Controls (Honeywell, JC, Siemens, ……) or design office in BMS field.
Familiar with the latest BMS specification in the market.
Having experience in control diagram design, electrical and control panels.
Having experience in sequence of operation of the systems for building construction. Having experience in the design review.
Having experience in the review of control submittals of any brand name. Knowledge of MS excel, MS word and features AutoCAD.
Optional: Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing AND Electrical standards (Ashrae, NFPA, UPC, NPC, ASPE, ...).
Education
B.S. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering
