2. JOB PURPOSE:
Develop and implement marketing plans and manage the branding order to meet the brand objectives in line with the company vision, mission, strategy and brand objectives.
3. KEY ACCOUNT ABILITIES:
Brand Equity :
Develop brand communication which effectively reflects the brand objectives in order to build brand equity
Brand Health&Strategies :
Monitor and manage brand health in order to meet all key brand health indicators.
Develop Brand strategies based on consumer insights from consumer research and Trackers for KSA and International markets in order to improve brand health .
New Product Development ( NPD) / Brand Initiatives (BI):
Manage and launch Brand’s NPD / Brand Initiatives in order to introduce new products that meet the consumer needs and insights .
Marketing Plan & Budget :
Implement annual brand plans and activities in order to meet the short and long term brand objectives .
Pricing& Profitability :
Implement price revisions to meet agreed gross margin targets of relevant Stock keeping units .
Consumer Research :
Conduct consumer research whenever required based on brand issues and opportunities .
Consumer and Retail Trackers:
Regularly analyse all brand trackers in order to identify brand issues and opportunities .
Internal Co-ordination :
Improve and manage internal co-ordination with important departments for timely executions of brand plans and actions .
4. JOB CONTEXT:
Scope: This job is responsible for all the tea brands for KSA and International markets.

5. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS (ILLUSTRATIVE NOT EXHAUSTIVE):
Internal:Factory TI, Sales,Business planning, Finance and MIS departments, middle management.
External:Brand Agency and different vendors .
6. DECISION MAKING :
Takes decisions related to:recommends annual plans and budgets.
Recommends:On annual Brand Plans, Budgets and brand communication.
7. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE,& SKILLS:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration .
Min 4 years of brand management in any renowned FMCG company.
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES :
Attention to details, consumer orientation, profitability conscious, team player.
Management skills (Planning, organizing and control), Communication skills, Problem solving skills, interpersonal skills.
Experienced in the execution of consumer promotions and financial analysis.
Demonstrates experience in the use and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative consumer research.
