Job Description
Brief Job Description:
Pr-requisite: Candidate will have proven experience, within the railway industry. Candidate will be and able to build or identify the railway related business and opportunity. Ideally he will have strong persuasion skills and a highly competitive attitude.
Responsibilities:
1. Understand the demand for rail services to optimize service configuration to meet this demand within Group of Companies activities or products and diversify (if not available within Group of companies products or services)
2. Developing railway related business process strategy, planning and implementation.
3. Identify potential railway service related business companies (manufacturing units, service providers, facility management). Evaluate and implement potential mergers alliances, for effective JV’s
4. Analyze the outsourcing business opportunity in railway field and maximize.
Skills
* Engineering Degree and Associate Degree in Railroad Operations
* Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in Railway business operations and development
* Preferably Spanish or French. If any deserving candidate from other nationals are also admissible.
