Job Description

Scope:
The BDE is responsible of building, maintaining and developing relationships with a portfolio of business partners, schemes, producers and retail personal lines clients to secure renewal retention and generate new business in line with agreed segment strategies and sales targets
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage and develop an agreed portfolio in order to maximize production from new and renewal business and achieve agreed business targets
- Take timely action to ensure targets are met and/or performance issues are effectively addressed
- Lead the management of relations with clients &/or business partners/producers by working towards providing high standard service and maximizing cross selling opportunities
- Actively engage in the identification, prioritization, negotiation and winning of new clients and business partners in line with agreed targets and segmentation
- Manage clients &/or producers &/or business partners complaints in an appropriate fashion to maintain quality and continuity of relationships

Skills

Qualifications and competencies:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance sales or related domain
- Holder of an ACII diploma or any similar insurance degree or a university degree in management or sales or marketing
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills
- Excellent command of English
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer focus
- Is expected to meet the Company’s defined standards for client service, professionalism, and work attitude

Additional:
- Age between 28 and 32
- Driving license is a must
