Job Description
Role:
•Lead a step change in SSFL business in the channel and relationships with key Customers by developing transformational Channel Management in the areas of:
•Build Business Plans for the Channel for SSFL Deliver Revenue, Volume, Share & Profitability for the Channel (existing and new business) Lead development and tactics / programs for the Channel Deliver highest levels of Customer Satisfaction
•Build Channel Strategy Plan, Set Channel AOP Guidelines for the Field Sales and Build Channel AOP, Deliver AOP Revenue, Volume, Share and Profitability for the Channel Develop Range, Assortment, Space, Visibility & Racks Infra deployment Standards in the Channel and communicate to the field Conduct periodic Business Reviews Track and build Customer Satisfaction Build the Capability of the team (NSM, LM’s, FLSL, RSR’s, Merchandisers, etc.) to handle this Channel ensuring formalized Communication Processes to transfer Best Practices / Processes Work with the Equipment (Racks Infra) team to continuously improve & standardize Equipment Models, Service KPIs & Quality KPIs to Customer Satisfaction Formulate Channel GTM Strategy for the Channel in conjunction with the LM’s to deliver highest levels of Customer Satisfaction keeping costs optimal Work with Supply Chain to develop forecasting & delivery models to complement the GTM strategy to deliver Fill Rates in region
•Drive & Mount Category & Customer Research / Projects in sync with Category Manager.
Skills
•Bachelor of Business Administration
•Minimum 3-5 years of sales management experience in FMCG
•Commercial awareness: strong knowledge of what's important/needed by sales in order to do a great job.
•Strong communication & relationship building skills: meeting facilitation, confidence to lead and direct discussion across all levels.
•Ability to engage and enthuse others with clear, concise communication (e.g. leading execution planning sessions with sales team)
•Project Management : ability pull together and lead cross-functional teams. Build critical paths, communicate clearly and maintain focus & momentum.
•Organizational ability: managing a large workload, prioritization. Analytical ability.
