Job Description

. will be responsible for selling and for the quality of the tuition
. will conduct sales negotiations, particularly with corporate clients, shall deal with these according to need
. will cultivate business contacts with clients and potential clients, seek to strengthen existing loose ties with associations, authorities, organisations and firms as well as with public offices, consulates, embassies, etc. so as to promote sales
. will be responsible for planning and organisation in the school and for the day-to-day running
. will ensure that all statutory provisions, guidelines and works agreements are complied with, so as to ensure the orderly running of the business
. will monitor compliance with the daily and weekly opening hours of the school and shall carry out the requisite personnel planning and deployment
. will recruit, hold interviews and deliver his decision in respect of office and teaching staff to his immediate superior or the central personnel department
. will be responsible for the appointment of clerical and teaching staff and for personnel management
. will draw up management or assessment reports and discuss these both with the competent staff member (LIS) and the teacher concerned or the clerical employee being assessed
. in agreement with the education managers will be responsible for the quality and educational value of the services provided
. will be responsible for coordinating the school administration, for internal reporting, material disposition and stores
. will be responsible for purchasing goods and services within the framework of the usual school budgeting requirement

Skills

Native Fluency in Arabic and Near Native fluency in English

Working for Two shifts: Morning & Evening

* Minimum of 3 years experience in the same field

Education

Bachelor/Master Degree
