Job Description
Responsibilities include:
• Analyzing samples of raw materials, packing and packaging materials to ensure compliance with standard specifications
• Analyzing finished product and expiry date samples before releasing the product
• Annual calibration for lab equipment
• Providing and training technicians on new methods of analysis
• Following up on critical control points and reporting any deviations if they occur
• Monitoring the implementation of industrial safety and occupational health instructions
• Implementing quality standards
Skills
• FMCG or Pharmaceutical experience is a must
• Knowledge of calibration and quality standards for food safety and environment
• Proficiency in the use of computer and statistical analysis programs
Education
Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Science or Agriculture
