We are currently looking for our future Chief Executive, based in Rabat
In his capacity as Chief Executive, he will report directly to the Director of the institution, and
will be primarily responsible for the organization and the quality of culinary services.
He is responsible, under the authority of the Director General of the objectives
the establishment and implementation of management principles, management and organization corresponding to the policy group.
Its main tasks are:
1 Order goods and ensure control;
2 Take responsibility for the entire production of culinary school;
3 Ensure quality and impeccable culinary regular;
4 Respect and ensure food food cost ratio;
5 Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards, equipment available and maintenance and cleaning staff.
You have at least 6 to 8 years of experience in the kitchen of 5 stars
