Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
1.Working with a team of experts and removing the entire kink in the planning stages itself and planning the design of the construction and design the construction according to the structure.
2.Getting the plans approved from the proper authorities
3.Taking all the adequate permissions for beginning construction work
4.Doing safety check on the site of the construction
5.Being present on the site of the construction and making sure all the plans are being implemented properly and attending to all the problems that arise during construction
6.Handling the labor work for the construction
7.Apply creative designs that will be cost effective and conserve energy
8.Check the material that is being purchased and coordinate with contractors which ensures smooth flow of work
9.Meet the deadlines or else the price of construction increases
Skills
-Bachelors of Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction field.
- Excellent Knowledge in English Language (Spoken & Written)
- Knowledge in Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Internet use)
