Job Description
• Read, understand and execute mechanical drawings using CNC machines safely, accurately and quickly.
• Independently collect all needed Tools, measure them and mount and identify in machine tools magazine.
• Create a CNC programs using Sinumeric, Heidenhein or Fanuc programming controls on the machine, then execute the program.
• Measure the machined dimensions and make sure it is identical to the drawing, using measuring tools and machine probe.
• Clean the pieces and free them of sharp edges.
• Complete all reports as instructed.
• Keep the machine and work area clean and in order.
• Complete minor machine services according to instructions.
