Receive, store & prepare all food to outlet standard.

Skills

Responsibilities::

Check the quality & quantity / weight of raw materials received, & that they adhere to brand standards. Store raw materials in the correct manner / conditions to HACCAP standard.
Follow food hygiene & safety practices in all food preparation.
Implement all food hygiene & safety practices / regulations when dealing with food. Follow brands recipes, as per guidelines, maintaining high quality food preparation standards / method.
Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness & sanitation of food preparation area.
Clean & sanitize all work areas & utensils, & stores prepared food in the correct areas.
Prepare food as per recipe & ensure portion control.
