Job Description
JOB PROFILE:
Challenging and varied position in the marketing department as Communication and Trade Marketing Manager in a fast growing and dynamic region (GCC and South Asia).
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF JOB:
- Protect and expand brand identity and equity following defined brand KPIs
- Create brand awareness, image & preference on PoS
- Implement central guidelines coherently on a local level (“as global as possible, as local as needed”)
- Implement & penetrate the CI/CD and brand identity of the assigned BSH brand(s) in the country and throughout the subsidiaries’ organization
- Carry out BSH-brand-implementation into the “4Ps”, carry out marketing plan
- Responsibility for product launches (including marketing planning, advertising, brochures, catalogues, POS, events, PR, Internet)
- Development and briefing of suitable communication and trade marketing concepts for product launches and sales/promotional activities
- Definition of online marketing approach for company's brands
- Management of external agencies (creative/media)
- Support sales objectives
- Reach set targets under consideration of resources
- Monitoring of the marketing budget
Skills
- Marketing Experience min. 5 years
- Agency, Manufacturer or Trade experience
- Marketing and brand management skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Superior analytical & conceptual thinking
- Ability to manage different projects at the same time and cope with pressure
- Winning personality: energetic and passionate
- Team player and leader, ability to inspire others
