The Higher Colleges of Technology is seeking to appoint a Compensation Benefits and Payroll Coordinator (CBP Coordinator) within the HR department. The CBP Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Human Resources function in payroll, HRMS maintenance and analysis, contract administration, policy & procedures development, business process design, employee relations and end-users support. The CBP Coordinator will provide professional guidance, coordination, and support in the effective and consistent application of compensation & benefits administration, policies and practices. Successful incumbent will also administer and maintain various compensation-related data and coordinates and facilitates implementation of corporate-level compensation programs and initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting or Finance with a Master’s Degree preferred.
• Certification in PHR, SPHR or CCP/GRP is highly desirable
• 5 years in a professional HR role
• 3 years of experience in working in Compensation & Benefits, policy development and payroll administration - preferably with an ERP system. Knowledge of Banner systems highly desirable
• Must know MS Applications
• 2 years Project Management or process redesign experience
• Previous related experience within the Middle East region is highly regarded
Bachelors Degree in HR, Accounting or Finance, Master's preferred
