Job Description

Deliver training on the following Subjects:

MCITP
MCSE
MS Office Applications
Graphic & Web Design ( Including Adobe applications )

Daily Tasks:
1. Check the needed setup on the Lab machines for the learners
2. Schedule training with learners
3. Set with the learners and make sure that they are applying the practical part of the training
4. Update the attendance
5. Present the Lab system for the visitors and the interested customers
6. Support the training and the operation departments with the proper information about the courses
7. Update the audit report depending on the visitors and the people who registered on courses
8. Add and manage learner accounts on the site

Weekly tasks

a. Update the content server by using Sync Software
b. Manage and troubleshoot the Lab content Server
c. Check if all the reports are ok

Skills

Presentable person with Systems and Network training skills, able to work with Active directory environment, enough skills for installing, managing and troubleshooting Windows Server 2008 Environment,

Communication skills in Arabic and in Englsih
Excellent teaching skills
