Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Research to identify commercially viable conference themes & topics
• Research and produce conference programs
• Research, identify and source speakers
• Manage conference onsite
• Identify target sponsors and delegates
• Prepare sales script for sponsorship sales and delegate sales
• Develop marketing content for the conference
• Proofread and coordinate all marketing collaterals
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager - Conferences
Skills
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• The candidate should have minimum 2 yrs of experience of having developed multiple conferences simultaneously
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Familiarity in Microsoft Office Applications
