Job Description
Summary
Lead the effort to develop and implement new or revised processes, procedures, initiatives. Should have strong knowledge in Feasibility Report, Market research, Market Analysis, Benchmarking and business plans. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation, provide a single point of contact for assigned projects. Define project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
Responsibilities:
Taking on full ownership of a work stream within a large project or the leadership of the project as a whole depending on the size of the engagement
Structuring the project framework and defining specific methodologies to be used to solve business challenges within the context of the project
Planning and managing project steps, activities, resources and budget throughout the engagement
Actively managing the client relationship (along with the Department Head) during the project
Leading the project team by ensuring quality and on-time delivery
Leading the design of applicable solutions for the business problems identified during the project
Conducting high-level client interviews or managing workshops
Producing recommendations that result from client interviews, data gathering and analysis
Conduct and analyze primary and secondary market research to understand target markets, competitors and obtain critical information to build into feasibility studies
Work with Department head to develop proposals, report writing, methodologies, and recommendations for Market Study
Identify opportunities for market research: new product/service development, business development, creative development, corporate goals
Design the research tools for quantitative studies
Participating in the development of client-ready deliverables by actively leading the project team and presenting deliverables to the client
Participating in business development efforts ranging from prospecting to preparation of sales materials and proposals
Developing the junior team members in the project according to their career plans
Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
Minimum of 7 years of broad industry knowledge
Demonstrate a high level of operations expertise, communication, relationship management, financial, quantitative/qualitative analytic skills, and problem solving abilities focused on customer needs.
Utilize information technology, project management and testing/process methodologies to drive business system design processes.
Articulate and present innovative ideas and business solutions to all levels of management.
Service oriented and able to develop strong partnerships and cohesive virtual teams across multiple organizations and management levels.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and Lotus Notes and SPSS.
