Job Description
Our Client is currently acting as a Main Contractor on a large stadium project near Jeddah.
A Contracts Manager is now urgently required to join the organisation to assist with the administering of over 130 contracts to a large number of international sub contractors.
Applicants will be Chartered Quantity Surveyors with extensive experience gained as Contracts Manager or Contracts Administrator with a main contractor. Experience in the Middle East is preferred but not essential.
Our Client offers up to 45,000 Saudi Riyals + full ex-pat package.

Applicants will be capable of running teams of up to 10 Quantity Surveyors and demonstrate experience of contract negotiation with subcontractors from various countries.
