    Job Description

    • Should be familiarized with the perpetual inventory control system and maintain company fixed assets in a professional timely manner.
    • Must administer sound cost control system according to the internal policies & procedures to maximize profits, although keeping a consistent level of high standards of quality and services with all cost related information to the management.
    • Effective controls of expenses over purchases with sound control of receiving procedure to be adhered/ Controls over all storing & issuing procedure also to be followed according to the standard.
    • Must prepare analytical reports for internal control purposes with strong management focus.
    • Must be proficient in MS office application and Oracle 12i (inventory module) would be an added advantage.
    • Must Interacts with Govt. Auditors/ Internal & External Auditors as and when required.

    Skills

    • Should be a finance graduate with 2-3 years experience in the hospitality industry.
    • Strong personality with ability to take up challenges & leadership quality.
    • Positive attitude and result oriented male candidate preferred.
    • Must possess excellent communication skills (written & spoken) English language & sound knowledge of MS office package.
