Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:

 Develop and deliver Theoretical training & assessment program to train Crane Operators, Riggers and Signalers to BS and or ASME standards.
 Develop a deliver Practical training & assessment plan to train Crane Operators, Riggers and Signalers to BS and or ASME standards.
 Train Operators in Basic care and maintenance of Heavy Cranes and Equipment
 Maintain Operator Training and Certification file.
 Maintain Crane and Rigging Equipment Inspection Certification record files.
 Carry out Rigging Studies as and when required.
 Plan & allocate Equipment as per jobsite requirement.
 Coordinate Heavy Crane Rigging and De rigging teams as and when required.
 Assist the management in the fulfillment of its obligations, statutory or otherwise, concerning prevention of personal injuries
 Adherence to all JTC and client specific QHSE policies

Accountability and Authority
 Inventory Control
 Ensure a Safe Working Environment at all times.
 Conduct Incident and accident investigation.
 Compliance to legal and other / customer requirements.
 Implementing Management programs relevant to area of operations.
 Maintaining and following Standard Operational Procedures.

Skills

Computer knowledge; Mobile and heavy equipment knowledge, communication, patience, deal with employees of different nature, Communication leadership, Knowledge of cranes operation.

Education

Diploma in mechanical engineering.
