Job Description
. Receive all incoming customer requests by phone or email.
. Provide first level support for customer's inquiries.
. Follow up on all inquiries and cases, ensuring their completion.
. Assist internal teams in internal requests.
. Receive and welcome incoming visitors
To deliver and maintain a high standard of telephone service to customers,
- understand their specific needs and provide suitable solutions
- To build a good customer relationship
- To handle customer feedback and complaints
Skills
• Minimum experience of 2 years on contact center or in customer service or Secretarial duty
• Good communication skills with a pleasant sounding voice
• Logical thinking and good presentation skills
• Good PC knowledge
• Team player with initiative, independent, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
