Job Description

Key Accountabilities:
- Building the interest of customers in the products and services offered by Alghanim- Proper handling of all customer inquiries and concerns- Building ongoing relationships with customers- Conducting follow up satisfaction surveys and with customers and take proper actions when needed- Responsible for delivering exceptional customer care experience at different touch points

Skills

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:- 2-3 years of experience in similar field.- High school degree is required, college degree is a plus. - Fluent in Arabic and English language.- Excellent communication and problem solving skills. - Very good understanding of customer service principles and practices. - Ability to quickly adapt to different situations and work well under pressure. - Proficient in relevant computer applications. - Good team player, self driven and adherence to general work ethics. - Ability to cope with different type of customers while maintaining positive attitude.
