Job Description
A global oil and gas company is currently seeking to recruit a Customer Fulfillment Executive to be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.Reporting Relationships The customer fulfillment executive reports to the Customer Fulfillment Manager, who heads the entire Supply Chain operation in Saudi Arabia Purpose of role The purpose of this role is to support the Customer Fulfillment Manager in Saudi Arabia to manage the procurement, production and supply of automotive lubricants in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is vital in ensuring that the customer demand is met in full and on time. The role will require close interaction with the distributor team in Saudi, different local and international vendors, various toll blenders in Saudi and company's regional office in Dubai Key Results Accountabilities expected from role Compliance to company's HSSE and Code of Conduct Prepare monthly production plan with a view to balance customer priorities and raw material availability Generate purchase requisitions for raw materials and packaging materials as per approved plan and follow-up regarding delivery schedules to ensure smooth supply to the manufacturing facility Follow up with toll blender and other 3rd party plants to ensure production is executed on time as per agreed production plan. Coordinate with distributor logistics for picking up finished goods from plant and from other 3rd party plants and ensure timely invoicing of finished products Verify supplier invoices against established contracts to process payments Record, log and assist in investigation of supplier non-conformances and customer complaints Assist the CF Manager in quarterly inventory reconciliation Ensure timely processing of all relevant ERP system transactions Prepare management reports as and when needed to assist the CF Manager in decision making Key challenges faced on the role Ability to forge good working relationships with toll blenders, suppliers and internal virtual teams Forward thinking for potential issues and making the right alerts Customer responsiveness Understanding Marine operating environment A quick learner of the requirements for the role6. Skills
Experience and Expertise Graduate Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics Co-ordination preferably in the Arabian Gulf region Other Team player, ability to operate in a cross-departmental multi-cultural environment A self-motivated person who displays initiative and creativity in resolving operational issues Good telephonic handling skills, e-mail etiquette Good IT skills - MS Office applications and familiarity with ERP Although an operational one, this role is an important link in the process to ensure safe, timely delivery of products to customers in Saudi Arabia without any disruption.
