Job Description
- Internal and external customer support
- Product & Application questions
- Walk-in customers, pricing enquiries/verbal request for quotations
- Processing orders, delivery queries, stock availability
- Handle all customer complaints & queries
- Provide high level service while building tong customer relationships
To achieve sales objectives by building orders and product range selling where possible by utilizing a consultative selling approach to solve customers problems and requirements.
Skills
- 2-3 years Previous sales service experience
- Experience of inbound call handling
- Bilingual: Proficient in English & Arabic an advantage
- Ability to communicate well at all levels
- Multi-tasking ability & computer literate (email, MS Office Applications)
- Complaint handling ability
- Provide added value and service to customers
- Act decisively in critical situations to ensure customer satisfaction
Candidate must be based in Kuwait and have driving Kuwait license
