•Attend all incoming calls identify them and respond to them accordingly.
•Deal quickly and efficiently with customer enquiries, complaints by phone and/or email.
•Expedite customer orders including keeping them informed of delays or early fulfillment.
•Work during the odd hours in order to meet customers’ requirements, try to resolve their problems and encourage for future business prospects.
•Proactively foresee possible delays or complications and try to minimize them.
•Ensure the accuracy of financial records for billing purpose.
•Follow-up and submission of POD on time.
•Manifesting waybill printing and entering delivery sheets.
•Coordinate with Operation and Sales Departments.
•Entertain walk in customers.
•Promote services via email and telephone.
•Maintain high level of punctuality.
•Maintain consistent, reliable attendance standards.
•Maintain company and client confidentiality.
•Any other duties responsibilities as requested/assigned by the line management.
