Job Description
To coordinate with Planning Manager on export orders to ensure timely scheduling of production.
To analyse customer order patterns and pro-actively follow up with customers for new orders.
To feedback customers on order status and to this end maintain active contact with planning production manager.
To execute export orders taking into account lead time involved for delivery.
To Ensure that customer outstanding status is well withing norms before dispatches.
To get involved in contracts for containers, vessels, trucks including rate negotiations.
Accurately carry out all documentation related with shipping and financial instrument.
To insure shipment against transit damage and claims in the event of damage.
To respond to all customers queries and build customers' confidence and service quality
To escalate product quality complaints of customers, arrange for investigations and execute any decision in respect of liquidation, disposal or returns of goods.
