    Job Description

    • To deliver and maintain a high standard of telephone service to customers,
    • understand their specific needs and provide suitable solutions
    • To build a good customer relationship
    • To handle customer feedback and complaints

    Skills

    • Arabic speakers who are Proficient in English and Arabic.
    • Minimum experience of 2 years on contact center or in customer service or Secretarial duty
    • Having minimum of 2 years living in Kuwait
    • Good communication skills with a pleasant sounding voice
    • Logical thinking and good presentation skills
    • Good PC knowledge
    • Team player with initiative, independent, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
    • Selected candidates are expected to join immediately.
