    Customer Service Executive / Sales Associate

    Job Description

    • To greet, assist and serve customers in order to ensure the provision of the highest standards of customer service and the achievement of maximum sales
    • Promoting the Brand / Service as per the company policy
    • Maintain & update product knowledge
    • Adhere to the policies & processes of the company with respect to operations.
    • Build and maintain good relations with the existing customers
    • Achieving sales targets through selling and up selling
    • Responsible for promotion of products and new launches

    Skills

    • Fresh Graduates will also be considered
    • Minimum 1-3 years of sales and customer service
    • Social communication and persuasion skills
    • Fluent in English and Arabic
    • Highly motivated and a team player
    • Self starter with a good business sense
    • Creative and proactive approach towards challenges
    • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels especially with external customers
    •Keen in using Microsoft Office
    •Keen in using social Media applications
