Job Description
Competitive Tax free salary, 3 month contract
Our client is a well reputed company with an office based in Dubai, and a strong focus on construction law within the emerging regions of the MENA and Asia. Due to a new contract they require a specialist in delay analysis and contracts (quantum) management .
Our client is looking for a professional who has worked in the Oil and Gas sector and should have between 5 to 10 years experience in handling claims and arbitrations for multi-billion dollar projects.
This is a company that has a great work ethic; and though they have a corporate style structure they operate their business with an entrepreneurial culture. Thus our client is looking for a highly motivated individual who has the confidence to work within a tough environment and is looking for a challenging role.
Skills
The below are the basic requirements:
- Must be an expert in the field of construction law involving delay analysis and contracts management
- 5 - 10 years of legal construction experience
- Immediately available
- International and MENA experience a must
- Willing to work in Dammam and Riyadh in KSA for the contract duration.
