We are seeking an ambitious, innovative and preferably Arabic-speaking Delivery Excellence Manager to essentially manage the implementation of category strategies and manage local Category Management to deliver a number of key business areas including Sourcing, Cost Management and Supplier Development amongst others
You will also be responsible for establishing targets and processes to maintain delivery of performance by coordinating and providing issue resolution for region, country and category suppliers, whilst also building and maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
To be considered for this position you must have a background within FMCG marketing, along with a genuine interest in Supply Chain, and experience working with budget management; mainly marketing spend or media buying. Special consideration will be given to candidates who have additional experience in Materials Management and who are also fluent in Arabic or French; obviously excellent communication skills in English are essential!
Being a naturally strong leader, you will also have excellent analytical and negotiation skills and be commercially astute with experience of working within a diversified, complex multinational FMCG environment.
Skills

• Must have at least 5 years experience within an marketing environment, with an interest in Supply Chain
• Relevant experience must be from either FMCG or Lifestyle/Luxury Products
• Must be based in the GCC/Levant and be open to additional travel in and around the region
• Must currently be working in a multinational company in a relevant function
• Excellent communication skills in English is a must, with additional Arabic or French fluency a huge plus!
