Job Description
This person plays integral role in accounting for all Fixed Assets and Development in the region/country in accordance with applicable International Financial Reporting Standards as well as local regulations/taxation on timely basis ensuring correctness and completeness of information recorded in the accounting system.
This position is responsible for the Fixed Assets Register and Project Payments Control Modules for the region/country and oversees the accounting and control of Real Estate Inventory .
He manages the books of accounts of the fair value companies ensuring the valuation gain/loss has been properly accounted for according to IFRS/IAS.
This position provides financial support to Asset Management teams with regards to Fixed Assets and Development activities in preparations of budgets, forecasts, and long term plans as well as any other business requirements.
Skills
Very Strong Financial Background, Real Estate background is a must. Can Manage others.Excellent English
