Job Description

1 - the development of the estimated annual budget for purchases
2 - the implementation of the procurement plan with the control with the actual estimate and calculate the deviation and write reports to explain the reasons
3 - Draw up a procurement plan in accordance with the plan and in accordance with projected sales of department stores also in cooperation with the financial management of the work of appropriate funding for the plan
4 - To follow-up banking facilities opening credits of the documentary and follow-up shipments from the production, until it reaches the store
5 - Coordinate with department stores to put an end to the inventory of safety to ensure the flow of goods in a timely manner without incurring the costs of storage, or bear the costs of out of stock .

8- Work on the implementation of the procurement plan and follow-up per week

11- Handling and managing all issues related with international and local cargo agents.
12- Analysis Reports for Sales and Purchases etc.
13- Search and follow up for new products from websites and suppliers from business fair etc,
14- Shipping companies follow up
15- Customs Clearance follow up

Skills

- University degree in the field of business administration or mathematics in related with purchasing process is a plus.
- 5-7 years experiences as an international purchasing manager
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
- International purchasing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- be good communicators and negotiators
- solid mathematical skills
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management
- Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.
