A new vacancy has been created at Director level, to work as a number two for the Managing Director of their Bahrain office, helping them run the agency, delegating tasks and managing the team, while also leading from the front in terms of strategic client relations and business development.
The right candidate will be a western educated, financial and corporate communications specialist, and will bring with them a certain level of gravitas and a strong track record of winning and managing prestigious clients. Previous team management experience is key as you’ll be expected to manage and mentor more junior team memebers.
They are also looking for thought leaders, so you’ll need to have experience of writing well received articles for industry publications, online or print. Middle East experience is not required but an international outlook is highly desired, along with excellent diplomacy and leadership skills.
