    Job Description

    Due to rapid expansion, we require a number of highly skilled aviation professionals. We are currently looking for a Duty Manager, Administration and Business Support.

    Responsibilities Include
    •Spearhead their team and subordinates in achieving objectives and targets ensuring Reliable Quality Service delivery to achieve Team target
    •Control all Finance related services and processes to ensure that the team achieves the targets.
    •Perform the lead role by motivating, coaching and supporting staff. Assuring the high morale of each staff member under the jurisdiction that is maintained at the highest quality level
    •Initiate awareness and adherence amongst staff members regarding company’s policies and procedures & assessment of existing procedures to enhance the service quality level standards
    •Regularize discrepancies and recommend measures to avoid, prevent repeated recurrence
    •Develop professional relationships with internal and external customer to ensure effectiveness.
    •Plan, organize handling critical proceedings through liaisons with Section Superiors, Department Managers, Airport Authorities and internal departments permissible to secure prior arrangements to effectively deal with situations
    •Develops and reviews contingency plans for the relevant process

    Skills

    Educational Qualifications:
    •Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
    •Excellent in both spoken and written English Language.
    •Command over spoken and written Arabic, a distinctive factor.
    •Valid Driving License would be an advantage.

    Experience:
    •At least 5 years overall experience in Administration, Finance and business support of which last 3 years should be under supervisory level and/or managerial role.

    Skills / Expertise:
    •Proven ability to use Microsoft Office suite of applications.
    •Expertise in corporate level negotiations, contracts and agreements.
    •Expertise in Company Policies and Procedures, Cargo Handling Regulations an advantage.
    •Organizational proficiency.
    •Provides technical know-how in support of departmental budgeting and procurement.
    •Interpersonal expertise to all levels.
    •Fundamentals of Government Procedures and Regulations
    •Proven ability to work under pressure to defined timescales.
    •Proven to have demonstrated flexibility in meeting the demands of the business unit to which he/she is assigned.
    •Proven ability for solution-oriented, effective communication with internal departments.
    •Good analytical and decision-making skills.
    •SAFETY practices and procedures.
