    Job Description

    As Duty Manager, you should provide supportive functional assistance to all departments and interacts with guests, members of the community and coordinates with all the departments. Reacts to situations to ensure that guests received prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel. Reports to guest needs and resolves related problems. Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards.

    Skills

    * Bachelor's degree holder / higher education qualification / equivalent in hotel management or related field

    * Two to three years of experience in hospitality or hotel setting, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience


    * Good command in English is a must.
