    E-Marketing Coordinator

    Job Description

    The e-marketing Coordinator handles online Communications
    Online Communications: social media, website, customers' database (SMS & emails)

    Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate with other departments to collect and synthesize content to feature social media & website
    • Select and edit appropriate materials for social media and website
    • Work with branches to leverage database (mobile # and emails)
    • Provide internal staff with performance analysis
    • Keep best practices in e-mail marketing to make campaigns more effective and efficient
    • Deal with feedback and queries received from customers

    Skills

    • Strong copy writing in both English and Arabic languages
    • Knowledge of e-marketing best practices
    • Familiar with bulk e-mail and SMS software
    • Knowledge of HTML helpful
    • Bachelor’s degree is a must

    Three plus years of experience in e-marketing

    Education

    Bachelors Degree preferred, Masters is an advantage
