Job Description
We are currently looking for an ELECTRICAL ENGINEER.
Skills
(a) Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering with Registration to a recognized Professional Institution.
(b) Minimum 10 years post qualification experience with at least 3 years in design engineering, ideally with some experience in a consultancy firm.
(c) Must be fully computer literate and able to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc. and in particular any project specific engineering and construction relevant software like AutoCAD, Micro Station or any other MEP design software.
(d) Must be fully conversant with and have had practical experience with the design standards and specifications based on British and North American practices. Must also possess a thorough knowledge of current electrical installation practices, electrical and building codes, testing methods for electrical installations and electrical safety practices.
(e) Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
(f) Gulf Region experience is preferred.
