Human Resources Management System
• Integration between the HRMS and Finger Print attendance system.
• Integration between the HRMS and external Performance Management/ LM system.
Handle the enhancement of and set up of Oracle HR Modules for use by all new business units and integration to consolidated reporting requirements to ensure integration and consistent usage of the system across the Company
Coordinate with the IT team and HC team managers / payroll to document business processing systems and perform review of system functionality to establish priorities and implementation of modules as required.
Ensure the maintenance of ORACLE Master and Set up files to ensure adequate database and records in the system for easy retrieval purposes.
Individual with experience in implementations and operation management (based on Oracle technology) for a minimum of 6-7 years . able to lead and handle the project independently.
Solid knowledge of HR business
Technical experience in Oracle
Excellent negotiation, effective communication, and presentation skills.
Degree - preferably in IT with in-depth knowledge of Oracle system and intermediate/advanced knowled"
