Job Description
Acts as liaison and maintained open lines of communication among senior executives, middle management and administrative staff
Screening telephone calls, enquiries and reports and handling them when appropriate
Maintaining office systems, including data management filing
Arranging travel and accommodation to the Manager
Provide general assistance in the preparation of presentation and during the presentation
Dealing with incoming emails, memos, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Manager
Coordinate with other department’s to obtain data/information related to various issues to present to department heads
Any other jobs assigned by the Line Manager
Skills
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent
Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Time Management, Presentation Skills
Expert in written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented
Highly organized
Presentable / having a professional appearance
Fluent in English and Arabic is a must
