    Executive Assistant to Managing Partner AED 15,000 plus Benefits

    Job Description

    Our client is a regional law firm and they are looking for an Executive Assistant to one of the Managing Partners. This is a fast paced environment which requires a keen, enthusiastic and perceptive individual who can work effectively at all levels within the organization.

    The roles’ main tasks will include;

    • Diary Management - maintain and coordinate a very busy and changing diary. Proactively anticipate diary clashes and look for creative solutions. Look forward to diaries for possible travel needs.
    • Travel Bookings- make a complex international travel arrangements include flights, air transfer and hotels, etc. Anticipate travel requirements and itineraries to facilitate travel management.
    • Client Liaison- maintains client’s database, setting up meetings and main point of contact and coordinates occasional mailings.
    • Document Production/Correspondence- production and editing of presentations and documents. Coordinate with the departments for completion of larger documents.
    • Projects- organizing and assisting office events and coordinate with mail outs to clients and prospects.
    • Team Skills- cover other PA as necessary, proactive and team player and participation in meetings.
    • Other Administrative Duties- set up conference call, preparation of time and expense reports, handling routine and ad hoc matters.

    The candidate should have at least three years work experience in a partner’s level. Educate to a degree level or equivalent, an excellent communication skills, flexible, and a keen knowledge on Microsoft Office and applications. This is a challenging and exciting role that will allow the selected candidate to really combine their executive assistant capabilities with their ability to coordinate a team. They are looking for hard working, proactive individuals with a positive outlook.
