    Job Description

    Draft Arabic letters to Government offices, Ministries and others.
    Apply Business Visit Visas for visitors from abroad.
    Coordinate with Public Relations Officers on Government relations formalities.
    Communicate and advise clients on the requirements for any requested government formality.
    Analyze and initiate continuous improvements of administrative processes and procedures.
    Must have excellent self correspondence skills and a good command of the English language to include editing and checking of documents for correct grammar, punctuation, spelling, context, and format. Additionally, perform various other tasks contributing to office organization and efficiency in preparing and distributing memos, reports and forms.
    Ensure office administrative operations are in compliance with government laws and regulations, company policies, and professional standards.
    Review the office operating costs and searches for cost cutting/savings.
    Expand and manages vendor resources.
    Provide procurement services and sets up the procurement process.
    Maintain up to date documentation on administrative operation procedures and issues, and revises as appropriate.
    Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, co-workers/peers, while maintaining highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information..
    Provide support to the following activities per management request:
    Assist international assignees with coordination of leases, schools, relocation services, visas and travel.
    Coordinates planning and execution of executive visits, conference and other special events.
    Recommend and implement changes to improve office management processes.
    Liaise between the government relations reps to obtain work visas, licenses, permits, credentials and any other documents that are needed for effective business operations in the country.
    Monitors designated business traveler’s logistics and assist with timely requirements.
    Tracks and maintains information relative to business operations. Willingness to attend meetings often after work-hours to adjust to US time-zone and/or in-country specific urgent requirements.
    Act as a confidential Executive Assistant to the Business Support Manager and take responsibility for a range of administrative functions.
    Works under minimal supervision. Maintain database of contact people and organizations.
    Act as back up to other team members as needed.
    Other tasks and duties requested by management.


    Well qualified with min 5 years experience.
    Fluent in Arabic and English and Good typing speed is required.
    Able to draft letters in Arabic.
    Able to translate (Arabic/English) if required.
    Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Word 2007.
    Transferable Iqama (for non-Saudi Nationals).
    Familiar with Government formalities and processes.


    Bachelor degree preferably in Administration or Linguistics
