Management Partners is looking for an experienced Consultant to join the team tasked with growing the business and client base. The consultant's primary focus will be to identify, shape and close business development with clients and lead on the delivery of projects to build an effective track record and brand image.
Management Partners is looking for the following Candidate experience:
A minimum of 4 years of top management consulting experience or 7 years of consulting and business experience.
Consulted with C-suite executives on IT and / or Business Transformation issues.
Developed a reputation as a trusted thought partner to colleagues and clients on a variety of topics.
Graduate Degree from a leading educational institution
Fluency in English is mandatory.
The consultant's performance will be measured in relation to the following:
Support of client development activities.
Delivery of thought leadership to the marketplace; raising brand and market awareness through writing articles, public speaking, etc.
Contribution to and delivery of client projects.
The position of an experienced consultant is a demanding role, yet challenging and rewarding.
Proven client relationship management skills:
Provide deep insights about trends in business models across companies, emerging threats and opportunities at regional/global level and utilize business insights to diagnose business issues for C-level clients.
Understand the distinctive language and culture of the regional industry.
Understand corporate governance within a given client and build sound client relationships at both business unit level and corporate function level, in order to identify and develop business opportunities.
Plan and direct the analysis of the client’s CEO agenda, internal culture, key stakeholder issues and change readiness.
Contribute to the development and execution of a client communication strategy for the engagement.
Be viewed as a well trusted and respected leader at senior levels.
Strong team and engagement management skills:
Lead and motivate client and consulting team to produce superior end products by involving team members in all aspects of the engagement, by proactive “on-the-job” training and coaching.
Lead team thinking and build team morale. Drive team in conducting efficient, high quality analysis. Bring intellectual leadership to problem solving effort.
Develop comprehensive project plans, identify dependencies between separate projects and manage the tradeoffs to achieve overall objectives.
Effectively manage day-to-day project activities consistent with the overall project timeline while meeting the firm and client expectations for quality, time and expenses.
Anticipate the key risks and proactively develop and execute mitigating strategies effectively as required.
