Job Description

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Mission:
In accordance with specific companies and relevant Business Unit polices, supervises and guarantees the correct development of the projects carried out in the Fabrication Yard.


Tasks:
1) As regards projects being carried out, ensure available of technical, human and functional resources utilization programmes.
2) Ensures interface between the Projects and the Business Unit.
3) Ensures that quality and time requirements are observed by the projects and the sub-contractors involved in carrying out the project.
4) Maintains optimal relationships with the client within the framework of the defined contract.
5) Ensures that project technical documentation is kept.
6) Controls that the progress of the project is respected in terms of costs and times.

Skills

Preferred Candidate Profile
10 or more years of experience/knowledge of fabrication, design and management required.
Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance;
Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities are vital;
Superior communication and interpersonal skills essential;
Strong organizational skills.

Education

Technical background (mechanical preferred)
