Job Description
Our client an International Industrial leader operates in more than 150 countries. They currently seek an Facilities Manager to monitor a large scale Residential complex in Qatar.
The successful candidate will have a both property and facilities management background and be capable for setting and monitor SLA's and KPI's. The candidate will have strong client facing experience with exceptional communication skills.
The Facilities Manager will ensure cost effective maintenance programs for all buildings within the residential complex.
