Job Description

Job Summary:
Preparation of plans for production and daily direct supervision of the production in terms of labor, equipment and products, maintain product quality and cost, maintaining product and ensure the conduct of business according to plans and budgets. Working alone and within the vested authority and policy proposal to the factory and its strategy, planning programs and determine the requirements with coordinating activities.

1-Planning, organization, direction and control of staff and production workers, and supervision of their total inputs, processes and outputs of production processes.
2- Develop plans for daily items to be produced according to orders received from warehouse management and sales department.
3- Complete control of the inputs and outputs of production processes and the application of standards and quality procedures in place in the company and document production processes.
4- Identifying the needs of raw materials and the preparation of orders for the inputs of production processes (milk, foods, cleaners, equipment, ... etc.. And submitted to the Purchasing Department.
5- Determine the human resources needed to work in the production department and participate in the selection of personnel in the division and determine the training needs of each individual, training and motivating them to work, and participate in the evaluation process of individuals.
6- To ensure that the standards of occupational health and safety in the factory.
7- Follow-up maintenance work in the lounge by the production specialists and reporting on maintenance or replacement of equipment invalid.
8- Evaluate the functioning of production processes and make the necessary changes that aim to improve the quality of production and reduce the time and effort and cost.
9- Submission of reports concerning the progress of all production processes, achievements, failures to senior management
10- Make recommendations with respect to reward and punishment based on an assessment of performance of employees.

Experience: 10 years in manufacturing lingerie or textile production management

Languages: - Arabic but not essential - English -Fluent in spoken and written

Candidate required to be : Maser in Engineering \ manufacturing and from reputed university.
Minimum qualification: Bachelor and Master is preferable
specialization Engineering \ manufacturing and holding Business Administration.
